Do I need a prescription to buy medicines?

No, you do not need  prescription for all medicines. You can buy wides range of medicines, only some high risk drugs require prescription from a valid medical practitioner.

Can I order medicines from MEDIIFAST ?

Yes you can order your medicines prescribed by your doctor from MEDIIFAST . All you have to do is click a photo of your prescription and use the upload option to send it to us. However, please be known that we do not sell Schedule X or narcotic medicines.

Can I order medicines, if I don't have a prescription?

A registered pharmacy will never sell a prescription medicine without a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. But if you do not have prescription. You can consult our Mediifast certified doctor for valid prescription. Its free.

How can I ensure that the medicines are genuine?

MEDIIFAST makes sure that the medicines are genuine. You can verify that by looking at our bill. Our bill contains the batch number, tax details and our drug license number. Moreover, the medicines are verified by our registered pharmacists and are procured from the authorised stockists of the pharmaceutical companies.

How does Mediifast return policy work?

Mediifast offers a flexible return policy for items ordered with us. Under this policy, unopened and unused items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. The return window will be listed in the returns section of the order, once delivered.
 Items are not eligible for return under the following circumstances:

  1. If items have been opened, partially used or disfigured. Please check the package carefully at the time of delivery before opening and using.
  2.  If the item’s packaging/box or seal has been tampered with. Do not accept the delivery if the package appears to be tampered with.
  3. If it is mentioned on the product details page that the item is non-returnable.
  4. If the return window for items in an order has expired. No items can be returned after 7 days from the the delivery date.
  5. If any accessories supplied with the items are missing.
  6. If the item does not have the original serial number/Batch number/barcode affixed, which was present at the time of delivery.
  7. If there is any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  8. If the item is damaged due to visible misuse.
  9. Any refrigerated items like insulin or products that are heat sensitive are non-returnable.
  10. Items related to baby care, food & nutrition, healthcare devices and sexual wellness such as but not limited to diapers, health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, etc.

I have broken the seal, can I return it?

No, you can not return any items with a broken seal.

Can I return medicine that is partially consumed?

No, you cannot return partially consumed items. Only unopened items that have not been used can be returned.

In how many days will someone come to pick up my order?

After RETURN REQUEST, our team will verify your return item within 24 hours. If your return item is verified, we will initiate a pick up within 1-3 business days.
